Our rubberised coir sheets are made from curled coconut fibre bonded with natural latex, creating a breathable, resilient cushioning material with firm, long-lasting support. The porous structure improves airflow for cooler, hygienic comfort, while the natural coir delivers strong spring action and shape retention.
Manufactured in controlled densities and hardness grades, these sheets are ideal for orthopaedic mattresses, sofa cushioning, seating, and upholstery. The material is durable, sag-resistant, low-odour, and eco-friendly, suitable for long-term use. Custom sizes and thicknesses are available.
KEY SPECIFICATIONS :
Composition: Natural coconut fiber (brown) and natural rubber latex.
Density: Generally 60–120 for specific applications.
Thickness: 5 mm to 100 mm (sheets) or up to 300 mm (blocks).
Dimensions: Customizable, standard sizes include 75×36 (Twin), 75×54 (Full), and 80×60 (Queen) inches.
Compression Set: Shall not exceed 20% (3-hour recovery).
Tensile Strength/Hardness: Varies by grade; designed for high resilience and sag resistance.
